Film Review of Final Destination
Year: 2000 Reviewer: Chris Docker
One of the posters suggests forget Scream, see this. My advice would be "Forget Final Destination, see Scream 3." Scream and its sequels might not be to everyone's taste, but they are cleverly made. Final Destination, by comparison, is unashamed nonsense. The ingeniousness of the actual deaths gives it a certain entertainment value but beyond that it's difficult to believe that even the actors are taking it seriously. The best bit of the film for me was a scene when a dead person's arm moved due to rigor mortis - six girls on a night out in a few rows behind me screamed in unison . ..
